Comprehensive neurocognitive evaluations are provided for neurological, medical, and complex diagnostic concerns. Services include assessment for traumatic brain injury, concussion, epilepsy and presurgical evaluation, diagnostic clarification, capacity evaluations, and forensic consultation for legal matters.
Both clinical and attorney-referred evaluations are available.

The process begins with a consultation to clarify referral questions, goals, and relevant background information. Following this discussion, testing is scheduled at a mutually arranged time. A deposit is required to reserve the appointment.
All scheduling is arranged individually to ensure privacy and flexibility.

Most evaluations involve approximately 3–4 hours of standardized testing, with scheduled breaks to optimize performance. The clinical interview typically lasts 60–90 minutes. Total duration varies depending on referral question and complexity.

Clinical evaluations are offered on a private-pay basis at a flat fee determined by referral complexity. Payment for service is required prior to appointment date. Attorney and forensic services are billed hourly and require a retainer prior to initiation of services. A detailed fee schedule is available upon request. We do not accept insurance at this time. Services are provided on a private-pay basis to ensure flexibility, confidentiality, and comprehensive reporting without insurance-imposed limitations. Superbills may be provided for clients seeking potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Independent Medical Evaluations and forensic consultations follow structured referral agreements. A retainer is required prior to record review or scheduling. Reporting, deposition, and testimony are billed in accordance with the agreed fee schedule.

Comprehensive written reports are typically completed within 2–3 weeks following testing. Expedited reporting may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Yes. Secure telehealth evaluation is available when clinically appropriate. In-person appointments may also be arranged as needed. All appointments are individually scheduled to maintain privacy and discretion.
