Our Payment Structure
Private Pay Model
Services are provided on a private-pay basis to ensure confidentiality, flexibility, and individualized care. This model allows for extended evaluation time, personalized scheduling, and comprehensive reporting without insurance limitations.
Payment is required prior to the initiation of services unless alternative arrangements have been established in advance.
Clinical Services: Billing
Comprehensive neurocognitive evaluations are offered at a flat fee based on referral question and complexity.
• Payment in full is required prior to appointment date unless other arrangements have been made.
• Flexible payment plans are available through third-party vendors
Superbills can be provided for clients seeking potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Attorney Services: Billing
Independent Medical Evaluations and forensic consultation services are billed hourly.
• A retainer is required prior to initiation of record review or scheduling
• Hourly billing includes record review, evaluation, and report preparation. Deposition and trial rates are billed separately.
• A detailed fee schedule available upon request
Invoices are issued in accordance with referral agreements.

Billing Policy
Secure electronic payment is accepted via:
• Credit and debit cards (processed securely through Squarespace)
• PayPal
• Venmo
A deposit is required at the time of booking.
Flexible payment options available. HSA/FSA eligible.
Cancellation Policy
Testing sessions require significant preparation time and reserved scheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours can be rescheduled but not refunded.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through the appropriate vendor.
